You may return items within 1 year of purchase for refund. Please include proof of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, re-stockable, and free of animal hair. Undergarments & masks are considered personal items and are non-refundable. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Please note that on standard returns, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damaged/defective/incorrect items are repaired or replaced free of charge; please contact us for assistance with the repair/replacement.

Please fill out the RETURN FORM completely & mail with return item to: Ad Art America, PO Box 220, 128 Mill Street, East Barre VT 05649. Please include proof of purchase. Return within one year of purchase for refund.

To order different items, please place a new order at ADARTAMERICA.COM. This is the quickest way to get your new item to you! To exchange a gift, please fill out the form & indicate who the gift is from with their contact info. You will receive a gift card by email for the value of the items returned.

We recommend shipping back to Ad Art America with a delivery method that generates a tracking number for your records. Please allow 3-4 weeks for Ad Art America to receive your return by mail & process your refund. We will apply your refund to original credit card used to place the order. Please remember to provide your order number on the return form. 


You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, only if your order has not been shipped. No order is deemed cancelled until you receive a confirmation from Ad Art America stating that your order has been cancelled. If you attempt to cancel your order and it has already shipped out, any subsequent return would fall under the Ad Art America Return Policy.
